Q:  Will you be selling my house on the market or actually buying it?
A:  Good question. We’re not real estate agents, so we don’t list houses. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  Great question, and we’re an open book: Our process is very straightforward. We consider the location of the property, repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area recently. Based on the returns required to keep our business profitable while putting as much cash in your pockets as possible, our goal is always to make sure both you and us walk away feeling good about the final offer.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
